HIGH GAIN TETRA ANTENNA

Design Features: The LP-380-512 TETRA band log periodic antenna is designed to provide wideband directional transmission/reception of radio signals from 380 to 512 MHz bands. The compact size of the log periodic antenna allows easy handling and specially designed mounting arrangement results in fast installation. The extra spacers are used between the support booms to improve mechanical durability of antenna. This high gain LPA provides strong performance over the entire frequency of 380-512 MHz as the LPDA does not use loading technique to reduce the overall size of array. Output of log periodic antenna is provided via low loss coaxial cable at the back end of the antenna boom. The log periodic dipole antenna is supplied complete in assembled condition.

Constructions: This TETRA band log periodic antenna have been constructed in high quality 6063T6 ultra corrosion resistant architectural anodized aluminum alloys to prevent corrosion. Powder coating of the complete TETRA band log periodic antenna provides extra protection against corrosion in saline weather present in coastal areas. The LP-380-512 assembled log periodic antennas outer-most dimensions are 0.85 meter (33.5 Inches) long and 0.395 meter (15.5 Inches) wide. The log periodic antenna operates at D.C. ground with low resistance discharge path for protection against lightning and for immunity to noise. All the screws, nuts and bolts of log periodic dipole antenna are made of type 316 marine grade stainless steel.
