Standard Products:

Antenna Experts (AE) warrants it's "Standard Products" to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, for a period of (2) two years from the date of shipment from AE. AE shall not be responsible for any dismantling and\or reinstallation charges.


Defence Products:

Antenna Experts (AE) warrants it's "Defense Products" to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, for a period of (1) one year from the date of shipment from AE. AE shall not be responsible for any dismantling and\or reinstallation charges.


Definitions:

For purposes of this Warranty, "Buyer" shall mean the individual or entity identified on the applicable purchase order or supply order (or, if different, on Seller's quotation, order acknowledgement or confirmation), "Seller" shall mean the Antenna Experts entity identified on such entity's quotation, order acknowledgement, confirmation or supply agreement, "Product" shall mean a product manufactured by Seller pursuant to the applicable supply agreement, quotation, order acknowledgement or confirmation.


Inspection:

If Buyer claims that a Product is defective in materials or workmanship, Seller shall have the right to either examine the Product where it is located or, in its sole discretion, issue shipping instructions for return of the Product. Seller's inspection in response to a warranty claim shall not constitute acceptance or acknowledgment of the claim's validityConsignments containing antennas must be inspected immediately on arrival of goods and any damage, discrepancy, structural defect or deformity must be notified to Antenna Experts within a week. Antenna Experts will pay the FedEx/UPS/DHL freight charges for return and replacement shipment.


Replacement:

Within the warranty period mentioned above for standard and defense products from the date of shipment the defective part(s) will be repaired or replaced free of cost. The product must be properly packed and returned to AE by the customer at his or her sole expense. AE will pay return and replacement shipment freight of its choice. A returned product must be accompanied by a written description of the defect(s) and a photocopy of the original purchase receipt. This receipt must clearly list model and serial number, the date of purchase, the name and address of the purchaser (if available). AE reserves the right to modify the design of any product without obligation to purchaser(s) of previously manufactured product and to change the specifications of any product without notice or obligation to any person. Antenna Experts give the heighest priority for the replacement shipment.


Exclusions from Warranty:

This Warranty shall not apply to problems attributable to, or as a result of: (a) improper installation or misapplication of parts; (b) chain or system failures induced by other products or components; (c) lack of proper inspection or maintenance or failure to provide a suitable operating environment; (d) power surges, fire, unusual mechanical, physical or electrical stress, severe weather conditions or acts of nature, including but not limited to, lightning or floods; (e) usage or operation not in accordance with published ratings, specifications or instructions, including but not limited to environmental specifications identified by Seller; (f) any adjustment, modification, alteration, removal or repair of any part of the Product not expressly authorized by Seller in writing; (g) accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect or unauthorized access of the Product or of any system of which the warranted Product is a part; (h) use of the Product for purposes other than that for which it was designed; or (i) mishandling during shipment of the Product.


Warranty Limitations:

This limited warranty is subject to the following conditions and limitations. The limited warranty is void and inapplicable if the product has been abused, damaged by accident or neglect or in being mis-carefully transported or stored, or the defect is due to the product being repaired or tampered with by anyone other than AE. AE will not be in-charge of any Force Majeure damage, Cosmetic damage, damage due to lightning or electrical surges, fire, flood or other acts of Nature, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, direct or indirect, caused to equipment or human.


Consequential Damages:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AE be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, special incidental, consequential, or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of business, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the product manufactured by AE. This Warranty is for Products installed and used in accordance with Seller’s design, installation and operating parameters. Buyer’s failure to ensure conformity with such parameters will void all warranties. Under no circumstance shall Seller have any liability or obligation with respect to expenses, liabilities or losses associated with the installation or removal of any Product or the installation or removal of any components for inspection, testing or redesign occasioned by any defect or by any repair or replacement of a Product.
